Our Mission

Being a leader can be lonely.

Learning how to be a successful servant leader can be almost impossible.

Founded by practicing agilists and craftsmen who are still learning what it means to be a Servant Leader, Unlimited Agility is an online community of aspiring servant leaders. We learn, share, and grow our servant leadership skills by applying Lean/Agile values and principles.

You can ask anyone for help on anything and they will do their best to do so or direct you to someone else who might be able to help. This means as a Servant Leader you too may be asked for help and should be willing to do so.

Our goal is to create a psychologically safe, judgment-free environment where everyone is valued.

After basic needs, a community mastering something interesting or important together matters now more than ever.

Crisis Text Line

Crisis Text Line (CTL) provides free, 24/7 support via text message. CTL spends our days (and nights!) helping texters and reaching people in their moments of crisis.

Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is there for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from the CTL secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment. Innocence Project

The Innocence Project's mission is to free the staggering number of innocent people who remain incarcerated and to bring reform to the system responsible for their unjust imprisonment.

The Innocence Project, founded in 1992 by Peter Neufeld and Barry Scheck at the Cardozo School of Law, helps exonerate the wrongly convicted through DNA testing and reforms the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice. Learn more at innocenceproject.org.

How Does the Membership Work?

The Unlimited Agility community has several membership levels. The details about what's included in each membership level are defined in the package details at the bottom of this page. Just select any package to see what's included. Here's a brief overview:

Practitioner: (FREE)

In order to allow you to become part of the community as quickly as possible, we offer the basic community features to everyone.

Journeyman

In addition to what's included in the Practioner membership, Journeymen gain access to additional monthly events, anytime access to content from previous conferences, Journeyman courses and events, and the ability to influence our backlog of new features we introduce to the community.

Master

Above and beyond the Journeymen benefits, a Master level membership includes access to all Master courses, discounts on paid events, Special MasterMind events, and monthly coaching.

Founder

If you really believe in this community and you want to demonstrate that belief, you can acquire a Founder membership. This is a one-time payment that includes everything in the Master membership, for a lifetime.
